Clean, cozy room with a pleasant scent. The bathroom fan stayed on automatically, annoying.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and assisted in everything whenever requested. Buffet breakfast offered a good range of food (including vegetarian), juices and fruits.
The only downside I would point out it is the location. The best way to get there after midnight is a taxi. However, during the day there are trams going to the city center and it is a 10 minute ride.

We appriciate that tramvaj line is pretty close to hotel and they are selling tickets for public transport at the hotel reception. Very easy to get to centrum and explore Warszawa.
Just noisy quests in room above us, but of course this is not a hotel fault.

would love to stay here again.
The double room was super tidy with a tv, kettle, and fridge. It had a spacious private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I loved the comfy beds and ample towels provided. The heating was nice, and I appreciated the bottle of water daily. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options.

The place is unpretentious and the staff are all friendly. Lots of Polish customers, rather than foreigners, so they obviously feel at home there.
1) Perhaps the beds could go up a level or two, for the money. Having said that, I am super-demanding about mattresses in general so others might not feel the same. 2) The location is generally good but felt a *little* too far from the centre for my liking – I would say it is fine for people who know the ropes, or who are there for longer, or who want that particular end of town, but not 100% ideal for people like me who are going for just a couple of days, and who are not familiar with Warsaw.

Centre of Warsaw, but close to green areas. Breakfast was super. Parking extra payment.
It was a little to much standard. Staff was there not for me, but for themselves :)

The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with a kettle and fridge. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast offered a fantastic selection, ensuring a great start to the day. The limited TV channels were a disappointment, and the absence of an on-site restaurant or bar made evening plans less convenient. With the location providing easy access to public transport, reaching attractions was simple, but some additional dining options would have been appreciated.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walking distance to Lazienki Park and Aleje Jerozolimskie, the man interests for our group.
The Internet side of the hotel does not inform the hotel has 4 (four) rooms with air conditioning. When we arrived one of these rooms smelled cigarettes, and the other three were already booked. During our visit the temperature in Warsaw reached unusually high levels- above 30 degrees centigrade. For these reasons our stay in the hotel was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel during summer.

The room was spacious enough with a kettle and fridge. I loved the daily fresh towels. It was super quiet too, perfect for me to recharge after exploring.

Clean, decent room, close to transit lines. Not a bad location - just wish it were closer to the Old Town area.
Location could have been better however we were there during the Euro Games so rooms were evidently at a premium. Would have been happier closer to Old Town but nothing was available.

Good and lovely location, clean hotel in general.
Nice overall experience. Nicely appointed and well-equipped place, private parking, highly courteous staff. Large and silent room with comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with a lot of good food.

The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the tram stop was just a short walk away.
My kids wished for more evening food options.
